Product Details
The SCL-3600 supercalender provides high gloss and smoothness for coated and uncoated grades. The 12-roll stack is arranged in a conventional pattern with heated intermediate rolls and a swimming roll in the bottom position for uniform nip pressure.\n\nThe calender is equipped with a quick opening system for web break protection, automatic roll cooling and a complete lubrication unit. All nips are loaded hydraulically with digital pressure readout.\n\nDesigned for continuous operation at speeds up to 800 m/min, the machine guarantees a stable profile across the full width.
