The ZDS series hydrapulper is the standard unit for slushing waste paper, broke and virgin pulp in the stock preparation system. The vokes rotor creates strong hydraulic turbulence while the extraction plate guarantees efficient defibreing with minimal fibre damage.\n\nThe pulper is available in batch and continuous configurations with capacities from 5 m3 to 40 m3. Each unit includes the rotor drive, extraction plate, screening baskets and optional junk trap and ragger.\n\nHeavy-duty construction, oversized bearings and a simple drive train keep maintenance costs low and service intervals long.
