The 2400 fourdrinier paper machine is a complete turnkey line designed for mills producing printing, writing and offset grades. The machine covers the full process from headbox to pope reel and is engineered for stable operation, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.\n\nEach section — approach flow, forming, press, dryer and reel — is supplied with the auxiliary systems required for a quick start-up. The machine frame uses high-strength steel with precision-machined drying cylinders, and all rotating parts are dynamically balanced.\n\nOur engineering team supervises installation, provides operator training and supports commissioning until the machine reaches its guaranteed production speed and quality targets.
